Who you are contracting with

EBO, Easy Booking OS, is software published by QENTRA, a company registered in Morocco. These terms cover your use of the hosted service. Your invoices carry our company registration and ICE numbers.

What we provide

A workspace on the hosted platform for the plan you subscribe to: property and booking management, channel calendar synchronisation, team dispatch, owner statements, a public booking page and the reporting that goes with them. We aim to keep the service available at all times and to fix faults promptly, but we do not promise uninterrupted service.

Your subscription

• Every workspace starts with a free trial of fourteen days, with no card and no obligation.
• Plans are billed monthly in dirhams, in advance, by invoice. Payment is by bank transfer or any method stated on the invoice.
• Plans carry a limit on the number of published properties. The limit is enforced in the software.
• You may stop at any time by telling us. We do not lock you into a term. Amounts already invoiced for the current month are not refunded.
• We may suspend a workspace whose invoice is more than thirty days overdue, after telling you first. Your data stays intact during suspension.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your sign-ins private. You are responsible for what the accounts in your workspace do.
• Have the right to manage and to publish the properties you put in the platform, including any tourist licence or authorisation Moroccan law requires.
• Use the platform lawfully, and honour your own obligations to your guests and owners. Contracts between you, your owners and your guests are yours, not ours.
• Do not attempt to reach another customer's workspace or to disrupt the service.

Your data belongs to you

Everything you put in your workspace stays yours. You can export your bookings, tasks and owner statements to CSV at any time, and ask us for a full copy of your workspace database. If you leave, we keep your data for thirty days so you can change your mind, then delete it.

Money and liability

EBO does not take payments from guests and does not hold your money. Bookings made through the platform are contracts between you and your guest. Our liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that Moroccan law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email at least thirty days beforehand. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.

Law

Moroccan law applies. The courts of Marrakech have jurisdiction.
